At Bushdoof Lighting, we want you to glow with confidence in your new festival gear. If your items aren't the perfect fit for your next event, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original Bushdoof tags attached to be eligible for a return.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack & Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop your package at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
